What is Mindfulness?

 Mindfulness is the practice of using our senses to bring awareness to the present moment. For people who are interested, we can start our session with a gentle yoga pose and/or guided meditation. This is completely optional. Each session you have the opportunity to choose if you would like to include mindfulness, or if you would prefer to use all of our time together to talk.
